Then their current offering at Costco is the one for you as they cite things like inflatable paddle boards. I like the Fanttik units as they give you a pressure read out and are automatic set it and forget it for hitting target pressure.
For an inflator, I'm fond of the small brick style Fanttik one I bought at Costco last year. They seem to currently have a larger multi-function one now which I'm sure works well but I prefer the smaller one.
When I bought the car I was 5'11', 255 and the driver's seat was a snug fit but works very comfortably (I'm a bit fatter now and the seat still works fine.)
Ok, I'm answering my own question! I didn't think there was an access panel behind the paddles but there is - it's just smaller than the ones on the manual cars so I wasn't seeing it until I looked at the back of the wheel through the windshield.
I've scratched up a portion of my steering wheel and want to remove it for a dye job. In older Cadillacs with the paddle shifters there as a small hole under the paddles where you could start the disassembly. That doesn't exist in the 5BW with the A10 tranny.
Does anybody know how to remove...
Well, as a former Volvo lover (I finally left the fold after I outgrew my S60R 6-speed, but my wife kept her XC90 for several years after), I have to tell you it's hard to imagine a better daily driver than the 5BW. I work from home but have managed to put 44k miles on my '22 so far (and have...
I think that's an emergency replacement for the L87. GM is going to need to build a LOT of them to replace L87s and for new trucks/SUVs as well. I'd prefer a revised version of the trusted LT4 for the next BW.
What pressures are you running? If your alignment is good and the center of the tread looks good, I just wonder if your a bit too low for air pressure?
Is GM still offering 2 days at Spring Mountain for new BW purchases?? If so, I HIGHLY recommend you go as they'll show you how to use launch control, PTM modes, etc. The car has a LOT of configurable options, some of which are not obvious
If it's really close but works, get it lined up and put some scotch tape markers on the rocker panel edges to make alignment easier next time. My fear with it pushed up against the front tire is the car might get a bit stuck coming down like it did on my son's Camaro a few years ago (Alpha...
I like them on paper but with what I've read, I'd probably get a GT4 and be done with it (real dealer network, much more reliable, much better resale.) Only big downside is it won't feel as light as the Lotus
Yikes. Read the details on the oil change and see if they claim to have put the right spec in for oil. If they've not dealt with BWs then they may have made a mistake. I have a 5BW and know you don't have to do any drilling to change the camber and suspect the same for the 4BW. Do you have an...
James Black Cadillac is the online volume leader for GMPP plans. Pretty good prices in my experience. Get a price there and then see if your local dealer will match (depending on when your car was last serviced by a GM dealer you might need an inspection to qualify for GMPP.)
I used to check weekly but after over 100k miles on the V3 and 5 BW I've found for my car that unless I spring a leakz, there's no need for frequent checking especially since I change oil every 3-4k miles.
Hmmm...between losing Super Cruise and the volume button, I'm torn between the A10 and 6MT. If you could get an updated sport wheel with Super Cruise for the A10 it would be a no brainer for me but I really like the sport wheel...1st world problems!
Oh, well. With the wrecked stock market, I'm...
