    CT4-V CT4 V blackwing vs RS3 6 months later

I wish this was an configurable option. My wife's SUV sits outside and the opener does work with ignition off, so we can't use the opener buttons on the vehicle for risk someone breaks into it and gets the garage door (where the fast toys park) to open. Her old SUV button didn't work without...

    Spring Mountain Impressions

Maybe they have some allowances for family members of first owners but otherwise it isn't transferable; only the first retail buyer qualifies for the comped program (you can always pay the full price out of pocket).

    Yep, it works!

I don't know that you need to wait a couple weeks; you probably can call now, you'll just need your VIN when you do.

CT4-V What to get after blackwing? <55K USD

I would keep the 4BW or find a nice C7 GS. Maybe a Z06 of the budget can stretch.

They do have it. The timing on the button presses can be tricky, it has to be just right.

Not even on the Internet. He's got a Top 100 (out of 180K+ people) Road iRating on iRacing, putting him around 99.95th percentile. :ROFLMAO:

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

The reason I ask is because the CF2 rocker panels impact how the car needs to be lifted. The panels interfere with the pinch weld points.

Can you clarify if the car your directions are based upon is CF2-equipped?

Help me fix my aftermarket carbon spoiler

For what its worth, there's a body shop near them. I don't know what they could do, but an inquiry wouldn't hurt anything. Collision Repair Shop in Plain City, OH | True Performance

    Shitty buttons

Keeps the brakes applied after you release the pedal to prevent the car from rolling. Common use is for a manual transmission car, while you transition your right foot from the brake to throttle.

    Scraping

I think it depends on if your car has CF1. On my 4BW, I have more concern for the carbon splitter than I do the airdams (which is opposite from my Z06 which tends to scrape the airdams at the end of my driveway).

The rear wheel well skirts are a performance upgrade. They add sideforce so that you can corner faster.

    Track Mode

Power is not limited by virtue of being in any specific drive mode. The drive modes dictate how aggressively the computer will reduce power when it detects wheel spin and/or yaw.
  17. LF4472

    Track Mode

StabiliTrak is a response to the car being yawed (it is pointing a different direction than it is actually moving). That system has a variety of tools to bring a car back into control. Engine power is related to traction control and looks for wheel spin which is distinct from yaw. Here, the...

    Track Mode

Correct, the modes change throttle pedal shaping, how quickly the computer will invoke on wheel spin, and how much the computer will respond to that wheel spin.
