Sunroof is a deal breaker for me. Couldn't get it on the R, and it's the first car I've had without one. After three years without it, never again.

Only way to deal with it is to name and shame. We know who these dealers are, so don't buy from them in the future, and make sure everyone you talk to knows they shouldn't buy from them either. Unless it hurts their wallet, it's not going to sink in.

There was a Ford dealer near me that had a Focus RS parked out front for like two years after they went out of production. Notorious jerks who wouldn't sell it for MSRP or less, even after it was multiple model years out of date. These are awesome cars, but I have a gut feeling they'll suffer...
