It makes no sense that GM would require bundling the parking package with supercruise, especially since it was not available on 2022s and there are constraints on chips for super cruise!

The dealerships purchase the cars from the manufacture. Is a dealership not within their rights to simply refuse a damaged car? If a customer can refuse, why can't the dealership?
