CT4-V 4BW OEM brake pad life

Cadillac CT4-V model
@Tall Steve my brakes started squealing two days after this. LOL.
That’s actually not bad. I’m 6600 miles in and anything over 50 degrees outside and my brakes sound like squealing shit. It’s only the rears too 🤷🏻‍♂️

Mine squeal too, however they stop squealing after one or two deliberate hard braking events.
I’ve tried stomping on the brakes from high speeds and they still squeal like hell. And it’s bad. It’s like rolling through a Walmart parking lot which has a stop sign every few feet and I sound like a bus lol. It’s embarrassing and caddy gives zero shits. Won’t even apply the copper paste shit or anything anymore

Mine is only the right rear that squeaks. I’m thinking something is wrong w it being it’s only one wheel.

I've ordered Girodisc rotors for the front and will most likely run OEM pads since I will also be at the track at least a few times this year (I am thinking about the EBC route though from another thread). My front rotors have a lot of hotspots on them from AutoX, track and canyon runs.
