thats a legit concern i've heard to not get a sunroof. i'm not a giant so plenty of headspace for me.

5V BW, 1-2 shift is the best i've seen. Engages like butter. Sorry to hear about your tranny issues.

i got a sunroof and i actually use it. i've definitely seen prettier sunroofs but whatevs i use it. At the end of the day its a sedan (and a cool fast one) not a boy racer.

Do you think if i tough it out to black friday there will be a better Apex deal?

i think you'd get bored with the IS500 in a month. The platform is quite dated really due for a refresh, the exp you'll get in the BW prob can't be matched. Though I'd prob prefer to go a caddy dealer for service so there is some practical conerns

Best of luck I really hope everything gets resolved and you'll be able to initiate a buy back, If you work a corporate job you may have a subsidized legal service that can help you with this process if they are not responsive.
