Best way to find more tire options is to size down the tires. Some run 235/40-18 square or if you want to keep O.E. diameters, then you can run 225/40-18 in the front and 245/40-18 in the rear. Those sizes will fit on the stock wheels, but a dedicated winter set would make everything easier.
The vin plate removes the leading zero from the sequence number so yours would be 860390. The 8 is for the CT5, the 6 is for the 6 speed, and the 390 is the 390th CT5 BW of that MY with that transmission.
I ended up ordering a set of Michelin X-Ice Snows. Wanted to get some Nokian Hakka R5s but seem to be on indefinite backorder atm. 225/40-18 in the front and 245/40-18 in the back. A little narrower for the snow but maintains OE wheel diameter.
