sorry, just saw this...never resolved my issue, I don't think it's related to the above - it only seems to occur when the car is idling or just crawling (eg. when I'm putting it in the garage)....did you figure out your issue?
I got mine through La Fontaine in Highland, MI. Great dealer, no markup. Also Genesis Cadillac in St. Clair shores is a reputable dealer who I believe doesn't charge markup...
I could probably go with that - I have read some of the reviews too - but I think the BW is more visceral. I've never driven an M5 of any sort, but my understanding is that the CS is almost too 'perfect' - which makes it a bit less fun. But I would agree that everything else is a far distant second.
Great analysis, @Exia. I have not owned an AMG or M, but let me just say that there's only one that's been called the greatest sports sedan EVER made (by Car and Driver, and others). And that's the 5BW, 6MT. Case closed.
Did you do the ceramic yourself and if so, did you remove the wheels? Was it a spray on/rinse off ceramic, or a wipe off? Which product did you use? I also have these wheels and want to coat them before the summer driving season gets too far along. Thanks!
