    V-Series Cadillac(s)

    '11 V Wagon, ( '13 427 Vette & '14 ATS)

Default How Is You "V" used?

Just wondering how everyone drives their V-series or Vsport Cadillacs?

Mind is a daily driver. I drive it to work most days of the week and most weekends.

Just got back from a 2000+ mile road trip in it also.

It's also been driven in the Big Bend Open Road Race in the 110 MPH class - helmet on, gloves on, AC on, seat coolers on.

    V-Series Cadillac(s)

    2006 XLR-V, 2011 CTS-V Coupe

    Default Limited Choices

As the owner of a CTS-V Coupe and XLR-V, neither is a daily driver. I have a 100 mile commute each day. Have a company car for that. The two V's go out on nice days, go to car shows and used for trips with other XLR and V enthusiasts! The cars get les than 5,000 miles a year--only used five to six months out of the year. They also split road time with the two Harleys.

I use mine as a DD during the warmer months. During the winter months she becomes a garage queen. Planning to change that with the purchase of the Pilot Sport A/S 3's this fall.

I've been looking at the PS A/S3's also. I replaced the original PS2's last year with Pilot SuperSports. Great summer tires but still not good in snow and ice.
I'll wear out the SuperSports, then install the A/S3s but they may be next year before that happens.

I still won't drive on snow or ice with the A/S 3's. Since I don't track my car at all, I'm just a horsepower junkie, I figured that they would be a good all around tire, that would enable me to drive her more. It's painful to walk past her all winter long to get into the truck to go to work, knowing how much money I'm paying per month to own her.
