My 2007 CTS-V with about 84.000 miles is haveing steering issues. Turns hard and feels like over steer on sharp turns 90 deg. Replaced front struts also put in a new power steering pump and just an alingment done. I am wondering if I need a new steering rack or are the strut bushings bad?? HELP
