Noise-wise, it's the best thing I've done. I put the lid and removed the foam that's behind the SC. The whine is INSANE now. As for horsepower gains, I didn't notice anything MAJOR. There has to be some gain similar to porting the throttle body, but don't expect 30 WHP.

Yup! Everything works fine with the DSX Lid. I have it on mine.

That's awesome. Here's to hoping they give us something good. I used Corsa back on my Mustang GT and loved it. I hope they design the pipes in a way that will work with the Kooks Headers, though.

I would recommend anything from Signature Forged. I am a sucker for Bronze.

I've had both. I feel that the Bose is better from a baseline standpoint, but if you account for adjusting the EQ settings, the AKG surpasses it

I just did a DSX SC Lid and the different is WILD. I also removed the foam piece that's behind the SC and even under normal throttle, you can hear it whine from inside with all windows closed.

I think it depends on what you intend to do with the car. You don't use a hammer for a screw. 1/4 Mile times are the staple for Drag Racing metrics. If looking at Track performance, I'd agree with you wholeheartedly. LMP for example is Drag-Racing oriented. They're building their 5BW for Drag...

Does anyone live by Southern California? AfE Power said they would work on one if someone could take them a 5BW to use for R&D. I'm in Miami so I sadly can't.

Supposedly the Hennessy model is about 800-850 wheel. It's possible that it's also in the 9-second area.

They Should have a shot of it on their video where they made the run. Bur that was a bit ago, so things might have changed since then. Only two I know of with heavy work on the 5BW are LMP and Hennessey. Everyone is more focused on the 4BW since it's more accessible.

I'm pretty sure LMP has a 9-Second Blackwing already.

I've used both Corsa Xtreme and Borla S Type. Corsa is great for really crisp high-rpm sound. Makes it sound like a sports car if that make sense. Borla really tends to highlight the deep rumbling of Muscle car V8s. For my mustang, the Corsa sounded fantastic at 5k+ RPM. But on my mother's...

From what I can tell, it's either a custom exhaust with Corsa parts, or clickbait. Corsa doesn't offer a true Catback or Axleback kit. But they sell individual mufflers for people doing custom work, which I believe was the case here.

I've I also sent an email to Borla and Corsa this morning. Borla already gave me a similar answer, but I'm waiting to hear from Corsa.
