Didnt someone have their exhaust replaced over rust?

NJ here (very minimal winter usage)-- I absolutely have rust in the same locations on my 4BW exhaust Hoping to go aftermarket at some point

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

Just ordered one of the larger rubber pads for the rear — this looks much better than the one I tried (and added a groove to) Also thanks for all the suggestions and how you all do this I’m glad to see this thread finding the best method/solution in a way that does not leave us crosseyed

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

JACKSTANDS Yellow X marks the spot for the rear (per instruction manual) No clue on the front. I would imagine there is a lift point the middle to secure it with both wheels off the ground. I really just lift mine an inch or two to swap out wheels, this is gonna need some further investigation

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

Yes. I tested that lift point and even made a custom saddle for that suspension component. Here is the product that I used/cut up https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09245RGQQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 In the end it was so sketchy when just lifting the one corner that I abandoned ship. I...

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

Happy to do my part. Whenever I have needed something, this forum has always come through with meaningful insights and a few laughs along the way. For the ZL1 Style lift pads, I mock fit them because I did not want to commit to trimming the rocker panel (Considering upgrading to a 5BW or a C8...

    CT4-V FLOOR JACK LIFT GUIDE - 4BW

As promised, here is a summary on how to lift your 4BW safely using pinch weld adapters and a floor jack. While this is the best method I have found so far, this is a living thread where any improvements or suggestions are always welcome. The only thing that I ask is that this particular...

    4BW A10 shift flare/hesitation 3-4 shift

I have not had a chance to bring it in yet, but I only feel it about once/twice per drive cycle when the car is warming up. Usually if I try to recreate it intentionally, it still only happens on occasion. Best bet to reproduce it is to short shift it at like 4-5k RPM on the gas and it will...

sorry for the delay fellas work really caught up to me this week This will be posted later today, I took all the pictures last night and it took me some time to figure out how to present my findings, but I think a PDF is be the best way (will be printable)

    Custom fabricated exhaust

Wanted to relay the message for AWE: They need to see some more 4BW owners who are interested before they can justify a project -- to quote the rep I spoke with "The car is on our radar, should the demand present itself, we could decide to do it. That would be down the road a bit though" if...

    Magnetic Paddles by MadTrace

I am interested to say the least. The feedback looks and sounds awesome. Do you have any more details on the part # and installation procedure? specifically - Are they a direct plug and play swap?

    CT4 Jacking points

4BW -- I tested 3 brands/types of pinch weld adapters, 2 sizes of rubber jack pads, and my old trusty hockey puck sandwich last week. I think that I finally found what works best for lifting these one corner at a time. It's not a perfect science, but it works for my wheel swapping/detailing...
